太極氣功操

太極氣功十八式是林厚省教授,一位名聞中外的著名氣功大師,根據太極拳的輕柔、和緩、意氣、相隨等特色,結合了氣功的調身、調心、調息三要素編導而成,動作簡單易學,柔和優美,通過緞練,促使經絡暢通,氣魄增強,調和氣血,平衡陰陽,精神安寧,以達延年益壽。
